[AIP 10] Operation Sierra

Operation Sierra is a collaborative effort to create our own place in the world via various marketing strategies. Allotting these funds to Operation Sierra allows for seamless execution of ideas. There will be a master document where all can review the operations of Sierra.

Total Ask for 6 month runway. $200,000

Funds will used to operate 3 major functions

1. Small community project ideas discussed in OPSIERRA thread.
2. Batch Social media content creation and managers
3. Support ongoing creator projects. ie bounties, content creator idol program,
