[AIP 19] Monthly Burn Reduction

As the Custom PFP project comes to a close, the time has come to review & renew the art team's contract. After discussing with them, we've come up with a few possibilities that we'd like the DAO to vote on!

Here are the options:

1. Maintain 7-member art team at 80k/month
2. Reduce to a 3-member art team (Sashimi, Ima, Gingko) at 30k/month
3. Have no art team

Option 1 means same same business as usual!

Option 2 means we'll retain the core of the art team & high quality of our art but with a large reduction in monthly spending.

Option 3 means we won't have an art team, and all art-related work will be outsourced or put on hold.
