If YES wins the multisig will execute on the following:

• Hold a 2nd vote to determine which stable to use
• Swap 931 ETH total in increments of up to 77.6 ETH every 2-3 days until completion after the 2nd vote
• All non ETH expenses going forward to be drawn from this stable pool unless depleted or another vote overturns

If NO wins do nothing
