[AIP1] Onboard 7 Full Time Artists

The snapshot vote has 3 options A) Hire the art team at $80k/month B) Hire the art team at $60k/month for the first 3 months, and $80k/month for months 4+. If the team is let go before 12 months have passed a $30k severance will be paid. C) Do not hire the art team under these terms

The art team will be hired if (A+B) > C, and the method of pay will be the higher of A or B
