[AIP 23] AnataDAO 2023-24 Budget
Happy Birthday, AnataDAO!
we've made it one full year <3 we couldn't have done it without you all.
As we move into our new fiscal year, our first duty is to secure the DAO's operating budget for 2023-2024.
Below, you'll find the Anata team’s proposed budget:
Payroll 74k/month - 1 community lead, 1 DAO operations lead, 3 full-time artists, 1 part time gifs & graphics artists, 3 community managers + 1 game nights/gaming liaison, totalling 10 staff members.
Discretionary Marketing budget 15k/month - this is for Anata giveaways, buying video games for Holders, hiring consultants, or any other activity that boosts marketing & outreach. Discretionary marketing budget will be managed by the core team, but suggestions from holders are always welcome.
Streamer support 12k/month - over the last several weeks, the Anata team began a test pilot program to provide a handful of dedicated Anata streamers with a bit of financial support.This provides us with clips, reels, & community engagement that help with growing the Anata brand. This budget proposal includes a line item to continue sponsoring these streamers & future content creators that are hitting their KPI's for clips, engagement, streaming, and more.
Foundation Operational & Legal fees: 150k USD. Setup/admin/lawer fees - 50k. Foundation operations fees - 100k (All operational funds will carry over to next budget if they are not used this cycle)

If yes, the funds will be set aside for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, and any carryover funds will be used next budget cycle.
If no, the proposal will be kicked back to discord for ratification & further discussion.
