[AIP 38] Ship Loot Crates?

Hey everyone!  We are now in the final stages of the Anata Loot Crate proposal fulfillment, [AIP 32] Holder Appreciation Loot Crate: https://snapshot.org/#/anatadao.eth/proposal/0xca98fa586d688365ce699e83608a822bf819dcc20668f04b5f9d345b54ba9e1e.

[AIP 32] passed January 19, 2024, allowing Anata holders to receive a loot crate inclusive of an assassin mascot plushie, jacket and perhaps some sticker swag. Over the past seven months, Anata & 0xTings teams have been coordinating on box designs, factory quotes, material changes & operational changes. During that time period, Anata holders may have changed hands and or opinions on if we should ship the loot crates. The purpose of this vote is to determine if holders would still like to receive their loot crates.

Good news is not all 2000 Anatas claimed jackets so the expected price is much lower than the initial proposal. Final Estimations from 0xTings are roughly $100,000. this includes 500 Plushies, 500 Boxes, 400 Anata Leather Jackets. They have also informed us that the jacket design has changed slightly due to production constraints. This does not include Box assembly, storage, shipping charges (receiving country freight, US and Canada only) or any additional fees associated with taxes & duties which we may conservatively estimate at ~$20,000-$30,000.

International Holders WILL need to pay all shipping costs, tariffs, fees, etc. in advance in order for the Anata team to fulfill their order. This will likely be paid in USDC/USDT only. Shipping costs, duties, etc. vary country to country but I would estimate between $50-$300 per loot crate not a direct quote, just a general range after speaking with USPS on shipping from US to a variety of countries our holders have elected to ship to. These payments will be manually managed by the DAO contributors. There may also be additional taxes / tariffs once the package arrives so holders should be prepared to cover those costs too.

The list of boxes being shipped is finalized, this is not a vote to re-open sign ups for loot crates

The Anata treasury currently holds ~1.2k ETH and ~85k of stables. $600,000 is still owed for the completion of the VRM project. Therefore at the current $2600 ETH price, the dao has ~$2.6M. This jacket proposal will use ~5.5% of the remaining treasury.

YES - Lets continue shipping the jackets, I understand I need to pay shipping, taxes, duties, etc. if I am outside of the US or Canada in advance prior to receiving my loot crate

NO - Do not move forward at this time, save ~$150k for the DAO treasury.
