Weekly vote check for Ancient Activity.

This is to propose that weekly (every Wednesday) Capinents will Create a Snapshot vote with a summary report/update on the major topics discussed throughout the week, and use the Snapshot Survey pool feature to collect Ancient opinions and sentiment on each DAO report.

IDEA SUMMARY:

• The Capinents have best intentions to vet and pass proposals after discussing them at every weekly Capinent meetings. Process of Voting on the approved proposals is also used to check ancients activity from vote to vote to ensure only active board members get Ancient Shroom main utilities.

• MMC is undergoing many internal changes to better serve as a DAO and optimize its whole structure during Crypto/NFT economic uncertainty.

• This resulted in a reduction of proposals submitted to the Snapshot platform, causing a minority of Ancients to have theirs Assets deactivated on a regular basis for simple reasons like missing vote deadlines or changing wallets.
