Summary: Engage the greater MMC community, the Ancient Shroom holders, and the Dev team in a brainstorming activity to assist in articulating the vision, mission and why of the AS DAO/MMC.

This will help in:

1. Determining our values as a group and assisting us in our decision making process for future projects.
2. Increase community cohesion and alignment. Motivate the community to be active and provide opportunities for collaboration.
3. Attract like minded and talented individuals into the MMC community. Increasing our reach and influence in the NFT and Crypto space.
4. Give confidence to any holder to explain, defend, and shill our community to potential MMC holders.

Process:

1. Conduct community survey via google forms. Formulate themes from responses.
2. Run a few workshops with the community (reverse AMA) to add more context to the themes.
3. Start narrating/drafting the themes into 'vision', 'mission', and 'why'
4. Share with Devs and AS for final feedback and polishing. Move to vote to formally recognize the vision, mission and why.
5. Share with MMC community.
