Staff Payroll Transition

Idea Summary

• Currently Brett is paying all of MMC's staff out of pocket and as a DAO we need to take the necessary steps to ensure that the decentralized state of the organization is upheld and that responsibilities, such as staff payments, are transitioned to the Ancients’ DAO.

The Pitch

• I was tasked by Tia and Brett to propose that the Ancient DAO take on the responsibility of paying MMC's monthly staff payments. This was previously done out of secondary sales revenue from the community wallet, but we propose that the DAO wallet would not only receive the secondary sales revenue, but also take on the salary and payments for MMC Staff.

The Caps and I present the proposal as such…



• The proposal is for all salaries for paid MMC staff to come out of the DAO Wallet.



• This payment amount will be between $8,000-$9000 USD and .75 ETH (less all secondary sales royalties for the month) and will be transferred out of the DAO Wallet on the 3rd Cap Meeting of every month.

• It was requested that the Caps send each month's payment in total to a MetaMask wallet that is strictly dedicated to MMC's staff payments. I will then distribute the payments to each individual staff member as already pre-established.

The total amount will be sent on the 3rd Caps meeting of each month, as stated above, with one final payment on the 15th of June.

The total per month will fluctuate based on the number of appointments that the ZenDen has per month.

Other Comments

• The original payment structure was made on both the 1st and 15th each month. There is one final payment needed for the 15th of June before we transition to the 1st of each month.
