Eclipse - Liquidity Farming Proposal

Hello Eclipse Investors,

As you hopefully remember, our Eclipse investment consisted of a token investment and liquidity farming using stablecoins in a 1:1 ratio. This means that for anyone who invested $1,000, $500 was used for direct investment and $500 for liquidity farming. These funds were bridged to the Eclipse ecosystem to ensure eligibility for the token airdrop.

Currently, we hold the stablecoins within Eclipse, but so far, there are very limited opportunities for yield farming in stablecoins. Therefore, given the solid price of ETH, we propose swapping our stablecoins into tETH to better utilize our funds on the Eclipse chain.

tETH is a unified restaking token launched by Eclipse in partnership with Nucleus. More information can be found in the following link: https://www.eclipse.xyz/articles/bringing-a-unified-restaking-token-teth-to-eclipse

By taking this action, we may hypothetically qualify for additional airdrops on Eclipse, such as those from Eclipse itself, Nucleus, Hyperlane, and potentially others.

Yes, this does involve some risk, as generating additional yield is inherently riskier. However, given the compelling risk-reward ratio, we propose swapping a portion of USDC into tETH.

tETH might be used in the future in safe and proven lending protocols emerging on Eclipse in case of attractive potential reward.

For those who vote FOR this proposal, we will swap their tokens into tETH. For those who vote AGAINST, we will keep their portion of tokens in USDC.

In the case of any additional airdrops, only those who swapped into tETH will be eligible for a portion of the received tokens. Those who keep their funds in USDC will remain eligible for Eclipse tokens, as per our original agreement, but not for any additional yield generated using this strategy.

Wallets that do not vote within 7 days will remain in USDC, as previously agreed on.

Once the pool farming is completed, ETH and any potential airdrops will be swapped back to USDC and distributed to the users.

Moonhill Capital's USDC will also be swapped into tETH.
