Convex/Votium Incentives

The proposal of this vote is the following: use 15% of the planned ANGLE emissions for the period between the 15th of December to the 22nd of December as incentives for vlCVX holders for the period of the 15th to the 29th of December. This would make up a portion of the total incentives as we propose to use a portion of the ANGLE rewards dedicated to Curve for the week between the 8th and the 15th of November for these incentives too.

• Against: No, we should do nothing and distribute these ANGLE rewards as normally done
