AIP - 86 (bis): Swap EURC to ERNX
This is an extension of this vote of the EURC to ERNX swap to clarify and validate with the DAO some elements which were not fully specified in the first implementation of the vote.
In particular, the vote mentioned a change in the oracle methodology for the Transmuter.
Here is the fully tested and reviewed PR with the proposed changes: https://github.com/AngleProtocol/angle-transmuter/pull/105, and here are the new facet addresses for the contracts to change in the Transmuter:
address constant GETTERS_FACET = 0x99fe8557A8F322525262720C52b7d57c56924012;
address constant SETTERS_GOVERNOR_FACET = 0x49c7B39A2E01869d39548F232F9B1586DA8Ef9c2;
address constant SWAPPER_FACET = 0xD838bF7fB3b420ac93A7d9f5b40230F78b33536F;
address constant REDEEMER_FACET = 0xa09735EfbcfF6E76e6EfFF82A9Ad996A85cd0725;
Also contrarily to what was proposed in the first implementation, we suggest here in the final implementation to adjust some parameters. Typically, we propose here to include a 10bps deviation threshold around the base EURC oracle (meaning when EURC trades between 0.999 to 1.001 the system considers that it's worth 1€), and to change the threshold at which we consider that there is no deviation when looking into burns for bC3M to 10bps and for bERNX to 20bps. Typically, if bC3M oracle is 5bps lower than its target price, then people could still burn EURA for EURC at the fair value of the EURC price.
For the final set of parameters, you can check this PR in the angle-multisig repository.
