agEUR Single-Sided Staking

Since launch agEUR has been incentivized through single-sided staking. However, some community members raised concerns about it not being the best way to spread agEUR liquidity which could be more useful on other exchanges (like UniswapV3 or on other chains AMM), or protocols (like lending protocols).

Vote: Should agEUR single-sided staking continue after the veANGLE upgrade?

Choices:

1. For Single-Sided Staking: Yes, we should continue agEUR single-sided staking
2. Against Single-Sided Staking: No, there should not be a gauge for single-sided stakers of agEUR to receive ANGLE
