Proposal
The proposal is to remove the necessity to approve another address for this address to claim ANGLE rewards on your behalf on a perpetual.
This would allow any address to claim rewards on behalf of any address and open the gates to a claim all feature in Angle App UI.

Implementing this change requires upgrading PerpetualManager contracts implementation
