Process to step down from the ACC

At the start of Voting Cycle #18, a member requested her resignation. While this is completely acceptable, our Internal Operating Manual currently lacks a structured process for resignations. Therefore, we need to make some modifications to incorporate this procedure. Here is the proposed process:

1. If a member wishes to resign, they should inform the Lead.
2. The Lead will then update the quorum on Snapshot.
3. Their resignation will be communicated to the Collective through our Communication Thread. If the total number of ACC members falls below 10, the Foundation will remove delegation.

Should this change be adopted, it will take effect from Voting Cycle #18. The resolution will be communicated via the ACC’s communication thread and will necessitate modifications to the ACC Internal Operation Procedures.
