Proposal to Reclassify Grant Misusage Enforcement
The Foundation proposes two changes to eliminate delegate responsibility for grant misusage enforcement. This proposal is based on strong feedback from delegates that they do not wish to vote on enforcement actions and instead transfers this responsibility to the elected Token House Code of Conduct Council.
