On January 17th, the Anticapture Commission was delegated 10M OP from the Governance Fund for Seasons 5 and 6, managed through this multisig. In our first internal meeting, we engaged in a pivotal discussion about the ACC's voting approach: whether to vote on all proposals or to limit our involvement. Although our Internal Operation Procedures don't specify voting frequency, we've decided to vote on all proposals in Voting Cycle 17, given the lack of a pre-existing policy.
Moving forward, we propose two approaches for future voting cycles:
a) The ACC should vote on every proposal available on Agora. b) The ACC should vote only on proposals that are subject to veto by the Citizens’ House, and on other proposals only if they are flagged for potential issues.

Should this change be adopted, it will take effect from Voting Cycle #18. The resolution will be communicated via the ACC’s communication thread and will necessitate modifications to the ACC Internal Operation Procedures.
