Anticapture Commission Snapshot Quorum

The original quorum percentage was proposed before the final number of members (21) was determined. During our first internal meeting, we discussed increasing the quorum from 30% to 60%, recognizing the substantial influence that a delegation of 10M OP holds in Optimism Governance.

Should this change be adopted, it will take effect from Voting Cycle #18. The resolution will be communicated via the ACC’s communication thread and will necessitate modifications to the ACC Internal Operation Procedures.
