Advertising budget for ''buzz'' feature

2 months ago, we launched a new section called "buzz'', aimed to curating interesting and dramatic events happening roung the world, we've built comment function within it so people can discuss over a certain topic.

To attract more people's attention to this new section, we decide to collaborate with some old friends, also, we need to pay some (one time) to them and our potential partners outside the circle.
