How will we handle the Coordinator role which is currently not occupied?

• Vulkan to take the role for for the remaining period. (Term End: 1 January 2024)

• Vulkan to take the role for 1 month and then have a new election for that role.

• Run an election asap related to filling the missing role.

Vulkan has not requested payment for this role in addition to his payment as the Dao Secretary. If his role changes either by personal choice or changed in elected person, this maybe reconsidered.

Ape Assembly votes are administered by the ApeCoin DAO Governance Working Group. Implementation may be immaterially or materially altered to optimise for security, usability, to protect Assembly members or token holders, and otherwise to effect the intent of an Ape Assembly vote. Any material deviations from an Ape Assembly vote, as initially approved, will be disclosed to the Ape Assembly.
