Members will vote with BAYC/MAYC on our Apes+ Snapshot. Delegated voting will then be done on the ApeCoin DAO Snapshot with the apesplusdao.eth wallet.

Votes are meant as:

For every 1 BAYC = 1 Vote

For everyone 1 MAYC = 1 Vote

i.e. 2 BAYCs and 3 MAYCs = 5 votes total

------------ ApeCoin DAO AIP Snapshot Contents ------------ Disclaimer: Due to the recent approval of AIP-436, all AIPs requesting an allocation denominated over US$250,000 will require a super majority approval of 69% of the total number of votes cast. The Foundation has already begun coordinating to develop our new Snapshot strategy to automate these new decision making guidelines, however, we will ensure compliance with this guideline manually in the interim.

This AIP falls above that threshold and will require 69% of votes to be approved.

Our platform is more than just a website; it’s a revolutionary space where individuals of all skill levels can unleash their imagination and bring their visions to life. With DashBO, content creation is no longer reserved for the select few – it’s now accessible to everyone.

DashBO is a User-Generated Content (UGC) platform, which means our platform thrives on the creativity and contributions of its members. UGC platforms empower users to share their unique ideas and creations, and foster innovation . By harnessing the power of UGC, DashBO enables a diverse range of content that reflects the rich creativity of its users, providing endless inspiration and opportunities for growth.

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a beginner looking to explore your creative side, DashBO provides intuitive tools and resources to help you craft captivating 3D animations or poses with ease. But that’s not all. DashBO goes beyond traditional content creation by offering users the ability to transform their creations into dynamic face filters, AR experiences, and avatars for games or the metaverse. With our emphasis on democratizing content creation and leveraging users’ NFT profile pictures, DashBO is not just a platform – it’s a community where imagination knows no bounds.

Our platform DashBO will be built on ApeChain. ApeChain’s robust infrastructure ensures fast transaction times, low fees, and enhanced security, making it the ideal foundation for a cutting-edge content creation platform. This technology enables seamless integration and interaction within the ApeCoin ecosystem, allowing for greater interoperability and expanding the possibilities for creators.

A pre-release, limited functionality beta version of DashBO will be deployed in partnership with Yuga Labs via BAYC. com exclusively to all BAYC and MAYC holders via the BAYC. com Profile system. Once the full platform is launched, all BAYC and MAYC holders – as well as Meebits – will have immediate access to the full platform and functionalities. Our platform will also support other Yuga assets like Kodas and MoonBirds upon their releases. Other collections such as CloneX and AKCB that offer 3D models to their communities are supported, and for those that don’t as of yet – such as Mocaverse, 0n1 Force, or Azuki and many others – we have prepared the base model for the generation of the full range of 3D models using our system when onboarded. DashBO will help onboard these communities to the ApeCoin ecosystem and ApeChain.

YUGA SUPPORT:

In addition to contracting Inceptive Studios to create a complete collection of unofficial, DashBO-ready models for MAYC, and giving us access to the full collection of official BAYC models for the system, Yuga Labs will be providing Meebits, Kodas, and MoonBirds 3D assets as they become available for inclusion.

FEATURES:

1. ANIMATIONS AND POSES: DashBO empowers users to unleash their creativity with a multitude of animations and poses and even some trending memes with their PFP’s.

• Animations: DashBO offers a multitude of preset animations for users to choose from. Users can select their favorite animation, add camera movement and background audio, and then export it directly to social media or download the video to edit on their preferred video editing software.

• Additional animations will be regularly, providing users with fresh ways to express themselves.

Poses:

• DashBO also features a wide variety of preset poses. Users can select their favorite pose, adjust the camera angles, and then export the image to social media or download it for further editing on their favorite photo editing software.

• New poses will be introduced regularly, providing users with fresh ways to express themselves.
• Memes: DashBO includes a selection of trending memes, allowing users to express themselves with humor and creativity. Users can choose from the latest memes and customize them with different camera angles and share them on social media.

• Additional trending memes will be added regularly to ensure users always have fresh content to play with.

2. MBA CLOSET: Users can personalize their avatars by trying over 40 MBA apparel brands, including links to the brand’s e-commerce website. The user can create content by animating and posing their avatars, with apparel labeled with the brand name and MBA License Number. This user-generated content (UGC) enhances engagement and drives conversions. This brand labeled content can be showcased on social media, email, landing pages, and checkout pages, maximizing its impact across various platforms.

3.MERCH TRYOUT: Users can customize their avatars with over 90 merch items from almost all BAYC/MAYC merch drops. Users can tryout and create content by animating and posing their avatars wearing the merch. Additionally, users can access information about the merch and links to search pages on StockX and eBay.

• MERCH PARTNERSHIPS: DashBO will regularly add special merch drops either in the shape of partnerships with Brands or apparel that is trending like when the DogWifHat was trending we would have added the Wif Hat or another example the MOG glasses when they were trending. Planned merch drops:

• DashBO x Apecoin Merch: AIP Approval Celebration DashBO x Apecoin Merch.

4. MBA TASTING: To empower MBA brands, users can leverage our UGC system by creating avatar poses with their avatars featuring MBA products at no cost to the brands. Users can animate and pose their avatars with products labeled with the brand name and MBA License Number, if available. This user-generated content (UGC) is utilized at every stage of the buyer’s journey to boost engagement and drive conversions. This brand labeled content can be featured on social media, email, landing pages, and checkout pages, maximizing its reach and impact across various platforms. The rendered poses will have a footer with the MBA brand’s Logo, website, and MBA license number.

5. REALSPACE AR: DashBO empowers users to bring their creations into the real world through Augmented Reality (AR). Users can create various animations and seamlessly integrate them into AR experiences. This feature allows users to see their 3D animations interact with their physical environment, adding a new dimension of engagement and immersion. Whether it’s for personal enjoyment, social media sharing, or professional presentations, DashBO’s AR capabilities offer an exciting way to showcase creativity. New AR experiences and tools will be continuously added, keeping users creating fresh content.
