【Proposal-19】Update DAO Participation Principles

Dear ApolloX users, In order to make the DAO more in line with the original intention of community autonomy, I propose to add a restriction that "official APX is not allowed to be staked in the DAO". The part that has already been staked should be immediately withdrawn from the staking pool. You have two options regarding this proposal: 1. Agree 2.Disagree
