【Proposal-08】Solution for delisting of DEX Spot Function

Dear users, ApolloX proposes to delist the ApolloX DEX spot function to further upgrade and streamline its products to focus more on futures trading. The delisting of DEX spot function will be determined by users' votes. If the majority of users vote not to delist the DEX spot function, ApolloX will continue to launch new spot trading pairs. On the other hand, if most of the users vote to delist the DEX spot function, the delisting will happen in the first quarter of 2023 and the details will be announced separately.
