【Proposal-15】Solution for Arbitrum Airdrop Rewards

Dear ApolloX users,

ApolloX will distribute the 75,000 ARB that was obtained during the Arbitrum DAO airdrop event to the ApolloX community (Click here to view the ARB transaction record). Users may vote to decide the details. There are two options for users to choose from:

Option 1: 100% of ARB tokens for marketing campaigns Option 2: 50% of ARB tokens for marketing campaigns, 50% to repurchase APX
