【Proposal-09】Adjust the amount of rewards for ApolloX platform activities

Dear ApolloX users, ApolloX will reduce the amount of APX rewards for the following platform activities. The reduced amount will not be released into the token’s circulating supply. For the reduction amount, it will be determined by users’ votes. After the vote is passed, the new trading rewards rules will take effect.
