List $SOUL/$DSL on ABit Exchange

In an effort to improve the daily volume of $SOUL & $DSL, I am proposing that we apply to list on ABit exchange. Abit.com has a good daily volume, and a relatively low listing fee. I propose that we list both coins, because this will increase overall volume & exposure to APOYield, and also this provides cross-exposure if someone invests in $SOUL or $DSL, they will almost inevitably discover and use the other.

Treasury SOUL and/or DSL will be used for listing fee.

However, we can put it up to vote on:
