APGP 8 : Organize Community Calls

Summary: Setup monthly community calls to discuss different topics, and weekly calls focused on governance.

Context: Like any DeFi project, community is very important to the well-being of the protocol and its meaning in the crypto universe. That is why it’s important to organize 1 General Community Call per month. Giving APW users a feeling of community and general goodwill, which is key to creating an active and healthy governing body.

Rationale: General Community Calls will enable the community to better involve themselves in APWine's progress and identity. This call would happen once a month on Twitter space during approximately 1h, however the date can change from one month to another depending on speakers availability.

The general Community Calls would cover:

• Presentation of the speakers
• General progress talk : events, previous shipping, hackatons
• Talk of the previous hackatons winners
• Devs updates
• Governance & bounties updates
• External speakers (partners /New integrations)
• Q&As
• POAPs

Additionally, I'd like to propose weekly calls to keep everyone up to date on the progress of governance in the discourse and snapshot, as well as the bounties discussions and submissions. This call would happen once a week on discord during 15-30 min, the day and time are still TBD.

Means: No treasury funds - No dev work

Technical implementations:

• Create a discord Stage for users to join on governance calls.
• Create an announcement in the discord and Twitter for every general community call so that people may be made aware of its existence.
• Moderators/admin work to keep stage fair and clean so devs don't get interrupted and users are able to share their thoughts.
• Record these calls to publish it on different APWine communication channels.
