AFIP-4: Gnosis Marketing Wallet

As you all may know, many projects have a large marketing wallet that is typically controlled by one individual and puts the project at risk. This proposal is to help reduce that risk and bring more security and transparency to the community. The proposal is for ArableFi to purchase an ENS consistent with “ArableFi Marketing” and assign that to a Gnosis Safe. If you are not familiar with a Gnosis Safe it is a wallet that requires multiple signatures in order for transactions to take place. As a start, this Gnosis Safe will require signatures from 3 members of the dev team and there will be 5 initial dev team members assigned to the wallet. All marketing funds will be transferred from ArableLands, ArableDAO, and the future Arable farming token into this Gnosis Safe. Additional voting can take place later to increase the number of members with access or possibly include large holders of ArableDAO token.
