Does The Community Want A Discord?

To create a discord where the whole ArableFi community can be in one place. Each different Arable project can have thier own areas in the server but it will allow ArableFi members can find out information and announcements in one plave. It will also be useful to inform people when proposals have been started. I can create the discord have done for many projects before.
