This proposal aims to decrease the collateralization ratio of $ACRE.

Motivation:

Reducing the collateralization ratio of $ACRE from 400% to 300% will add more value to $ACRE as a collateral asset allowing minters to mint more $arUSD.

Benefits:

$arUSD is vital to Arable Protocol and its users. More $arUSD liquidity allows more traders and farmers to swap between different synthetic assets via the Arable DEX. Reducing the collateralization ratio will incentivize the creation of more $arUSD liquidity.
