Stop $AICODE Token Issuance

ArbDoge.AI contains NEO's entire understanding of the true Web3 philosophy. Sometimes, one must acknowledge that the correct starting point may not always yield the desired outcome.
That's right, it refers to $AICODE here. Despite its fair distribution, $AICODE faced challenges due to the initial market pricing being too high, and a high inflation rate during the previous period. Miners sell $AICODE for profit, while some dedicated holders suffer losses.
We admit that the team is outside the economic system and has not managed expectations well. We don't want any members of the ArbDoge.AI community to get harmed.

Therefore, we put forth the following proposals:
1.Stop the issuance of $AICODE tokens effective from 12:00 AM on May 24, 2023 (UTC).
2.After the expiration of the 72-hour time lock at 12:00 AM on May 27, 2023 (UTC), the development team will relinquish ownership of the $AICODE contract.
3.The non-$AICODE part of the originally planned NFT sale used to repurchase $ARB and distribute it to $AICODE holders will remain unchanged. And the distribution of 50% of the royalties of the ArbDoge.AI NFT series to Truth AIDOGE NFT holders will remain unchanged.

There are 48 hours to vote. This proposal will come into effect if more than 51% of the votes "Yes" to it once the specified end time is reached.
