Proposal 004: Accelerate Legacy ARC → v2 ARC Upgrade Deadline to December 31, 2025

Summary

This proposal asks the community to decide whether to move the final upgrade expiration date from its current setting in August 7, 2026 to December 31, 2025.

Motivation

Over 70% of the supply has already been upgraded, but keeping the long 2026 deadline creates unnecessary overhang and slows the full transition to v2.

A clear near-term cutoff encourages remaining holders to complete the token upgrade.

Proposal

If this vote passes: The upgrade contract deadline will be updated to December 31, 2025, 23:59:59 UTC

After the deadline, no further upgrades will be possible.

Implementation

Updating the deadline requires a single parameter change in the existing contracts and can be completed within 48 hours of vote passage.

Full technical details and the function call will be posted in the forum 24 hours before execution for transparency.

No new contracts or audits are required.
