Proposal for Community Engagement Through Feedback Forms

In an effort to foster a more engaged and transparent community, I propose the introduction of two distinct feedback forms. These forms will serve as platforms for community members to express their sentiments and concerns regarding recent actions and the overall status of Devolved AI. This initiative is aligned with the commitment to building a foundation of trust, transparency, and success for our community and vision.

Monthly Sentiment Feedback Form

I propose the creation of a digital submission form, accessible monthly, that allows community members to share their views and sentiments about recent developments or the general state of Devolved AI with the developers. This form will focus on aspects such as liquidity, transparency, trustworthiness, and fundamental elements contributing to the project's success.

Purpose:

1. To gather community insights and perspectives on a regular basis.
2. To identify areas of improvement and success within Devolved AI.
3. To enhance community engagement and stakeholder involvement.

Implementation:

The form will be created using Microsoft Forms for ease of access and data management.

It will be made available on the first day of each month and will remain open for submissions until the last day of the month.

The form will include questions that are both qualitative and quantitative in nature, allowing for comprehensive feedback.

Questions will be carefully crafted to ensure clarity and relevance to the community members.

Permanent Investment Concerns Form

Additionally, we suggest the establishment of a second, always-available form. This form will be specifically designed for community members to share their reasons or concerns that might be preventing them from investing in the project.

Purpose:

1. To understand the barriers or hesitations faced by potential investors.
2. To gather direct feedback on concerns related to the project.
3. To use this information to improve and adapt our strategies and communications.

This form will also be hosted on Microsoft Forms for consistency and ease of analysis.

It will be permanently accessible, allowing for ongoing feedback collection.
