Changes in the Discord server

Due to the large number of members in the discord server, it will be of advantage to restrict non token holders to some certain channels and only gain access to the other channels after they have confirmed their wallets are holding $Agc. This is to restrict the number of users who are only on the server to farm for drops and add very little value to the project. This also encourages more people to buy Agc. If the proposal for tipcc listing passes, there will be more users farming for drops and dumping to get immediate value which in my opinion is not healthy for the project. Therefore i propose for restriction of non Agc holding members to information channels and only get access to the remaining after becoming holders.
