Changing access to Discord server channels based on AGC holdings

I propose a modification of Proposal https://snapshot.org/#/argocoin.eth/proposal/0x4019be7d100be0ec766bcac9576239e83b411f9ddd6ab80d2f68761927a998b2

AGC holders can have access to certain channels, but as of now our staking system is causing issues to where anyone who stakes cannot see their role. So we much resolve this issue before doing this or our AGC holders who stake won't be able to access the server.

Therefore, this proposal is to halt the passing of listed proposal at URL https://snapshot.org/#/argocoin.eth/proposal/0x4019be7d100be0ec766bcac9576239e83b411f9ddd6ab80d2f68761927a998b2 and to resume voting of such proposal until after we resolve these technical issues.
