First of all, we would like to emphasize once again that we are completely a DeFi supporter, as we have stated before.

We are monitoring some important problems for a long time on DEXs including seriously affecting the project price, obtaining unfair income with bots, and most importantly preventing our real holders from making a profit.

Since our biggest principle from the very beginning has been transparency, we are here to share these details with you in general details and to make this decision together with your votes in the decentralized conjuncture that we always believe in.

MAJOR AND IMPORTANT PROBLEMS

• Bots exploiting the bugs of DEXs are constantly manipulating the price and the pools.
• Malicious Bots operating between CEXs and DEXs, profiting from price differences, manipulating the price.
• These Bots, which manipulate the price and the pool, thus generate great income, while at the same time melting the assets of the real holders and not allowing them to make a profit.

In fact, although 90% of Ariva Holders and traders are on CEXs, we haven't been able to get real price performance for a long time because DEXs determine the price and the problems we have mentioned here have not been resolved yet.

SOLUTION

• Transferring the liquidity from our DEX pools to major CEXs in a completely transparent manner

Real traders will set Ariva prices on CEXs instead of bots, in this way, our loyal holders will make a profit, not a loss.
