ArthSwap v3 Farming on Substrate EVM (The current AstarEVM on Polkadot)

With the conclusion of Extra Farming in v2, how about focusing on increasing liquidity in v3 by allocating new Farming rewards to it? ArthSwap's main application web page was already moved to v3.

This Farming will be distributed through Steer Finance(https://steer.finance/), a Position Manager with whom we have a partnership. Of course, liquidity providers can earn fee income by providing liquidity directly in v3 or by migrating their liquidity from v2 to v3. ※ You can easily migrate your liquidity via https://app.arthswap.org/#/migrate/v2

This approach is intended to deepen v3's liquidity and further enhance swap convenience. Also, in the upcoming zkEVM release, we plan to implement Farming for v3 only from the start.
