Vote on participation in the charity auction

To AstarCats holders and community members, I propose to utilize DAO funds to participate in the auction of artists to be held by SoudanNFT.

Details of the auction are in kuramin's tweet. This auction is to support artists in Thailand.

Why SoudanNFT Auction? AstarCatsDAO is committed to supporting artists, most recently supporting UsagiDuck generative collection, and UsagiDuck channel has been created within Discord.

SoudanNFT also has a partnership with AstarCats, which we consider to be an important partner in the future. We would like to participate in the auction for two reasons: to solidify our partnership and to support the artists.
