Regarding depositing DAO funds in the dApp.

Hello everyone!

Dear AstarCats holders and community. As suggested by rams recently, we are considering staking our DAO funds, ASTR, to Astar Cats dApp.

This would allow us to charge about 10% APR daily. This would make the DAO funds more plentiful, and would also contribute to the AstarNetwork itself, as it would help the dApp grow as a whole.

Therefore, we are now considering staking a vote from the following three options.

➀30%. ②50% ➂80%

(We shall keep at least 20% to be able to pay immediately if something goes wrong)
