Moving ODEN DAO and TEAM Forward

We created a DAO channel, but unfortunately, due to language barriers, incentive design, and other issues, spontaneous DAO activity did not emerge from the community. We then realized that financial incentives were needed to develop the project over the long term and to keep the community active. DAOTreasury has not moved at all since the EREN auction, and sitting lazy. In order to put as much DAO money as possible to good use for the project, we are starting a new DAO vote.

We would like your opinion and your vote on this proposal.

PROPOSAL 1 First of all, we would like to reward $2k each to two members ( @Ryota | AstarCats and @CryptoX I💰I ) who have committed themselves to the community right from the start of AstarCats for over 4 months.

PROPOSAL 2 Then we would like to reward the team, with monthly payment of $300 per person + 5% from the DAO fund(this. allocation will be divided by the active team members). In order to make the DAO sustainable, a portion of the proceeds from projects generated by ODENDAO will be returned to the DAO. Therefore, the more revenue we can return to DAO, the bigger the incentive for the team will become.
