ROBOT INVESTORS CLUB - Partnership Proposal

The Robot Investors Club is a collection of 10,000 one of a kind NFTs with unique utility.

The project brings to the table a new approach to both NFTs and Investing. Our project will utilize animated, interactive NFTs that will act as your personal financial assistant and empower investors.

The Robot Investors Club aims to provide the following to our NFT holders:

• Passive income
• Investment education and training to level up your financial game no matter your current experience
• Thousands of dollars worth of indicators and insights
• Customized support from the team
• Networking opportunities
• Voting on all major proposals

50% of the minting revenues will be allocated to the Club's fund which will be invested per the decision of the Investment Board. The investment Board is elected by NFT holders through the funds DAO. Investment board members need to lock their own money before joining, so that the DAO can confiscate their money in case of reckless or irresponsible behaviour.

Of the remaining 50% this will be split 35% to the founder at mint and 15% held by AstarDegens multi-signature wallet until roadmap milestones are met.

The investment fund will also be used to pay dividends and to finance initiatives that the DAO votes on.

In 2023 we plan to create our own metaverse for a more immersive experience with your robot, and a marketplace for trading items for investors. A portion of the benefits will go to RIC members.

This partnership proposes that ASTAR DEGENS provide:

• Funding of $10,000 USD
• Incubation and marketing support
• Access to Astar Degens network and contacts

In return ASTAR DEGENS DAO will receive:

• $30,000 USD worth of NFTs as a giveaway and priority access to buying our NFTs
• $30,000 USD worth of NFTs to DAO wallet
