DAO Treasury funds reallocation proposal

In view of the current market condition, the AD DAO council has agreed that it is best to convert some portion of our portfolio to stable coins.

The options outlined below have been proposed with the view that we are still in bear Market and there is possibility of BTC and with it the entire crypto market going down further.

Please note that we have earlier voted to invest 80K USDC in ALGEM. And we do need to convert ASTR to USDC at some point to invest in ALGEM.

Please choose the option you believe is most suitable for the DAO to adopt.

Current DAO Treasury : 2,850,844.75 ASTR

Option1: Convert 33% DAO Treasury to USDC, 33% funds to DOT and leave the rest in ASTR. This will let us participate in future DOT Festivals, ASTRID VAULTS etc.

Option2: Convert 50% DAO Treasury to USDC, leave the rest in ASTR.

Option3: Convert 100% DAO Treasury to USDC. Buyback ASTR if BTC goes back to 15/14K range.

Option4: Don’t convert any ASTR. Retain DAO Treasury in ASTR

The vote will last 48 hours as we need to take a quicker decision in view of volatile market conditions.
