Summary | Buying Community driven Meme Coin HAHA In this proposal we are looking to acquire HAHA meme coins. HAHA is the first meme coin within the Astar zkEVM. It represents an up and coming community that has close ties to the Astar Degen community. With meme coins, there are inherent risks such as high volatility and potential loss on investment, but with this risk comes the potential of extremely high rewards. By supporting HAHA and acquiring HAHA coins, this move would help us gain a footing to build additional relationships with the emerging Astar and Astar zkEVM communities. Furthermore, even if HAHA coin already did a x4 after lunch, the coin has currently done a retracement in price to x2, so it would seem to be a reasonable buying opportunity to enter in HAHA token.
