Execution of the Community Utility

ATSNFT Holders,

I want this snapshot vote to serve as a reminder as to the importance of the community utility. As you have likely noticed, there are many value-added bonuses being added to our roadmap that were not originally discussed. With that said, our community utility is the biggest investment we will make to return rewards to our community. Further, we are being extremely careful on the proposals that are being put forward, and want to ensure that the best option is executed.

For those who are not familiar, the community wallet is a fund owned by holders and includes 25% of our original mint revenue, along with 50% of our secondary royalties. Today, this fund has over 92 ETH and is growing.

As a team, we have considered 50+ submitted proposals both through our discord and through private conversation. Keeping this in mind, we have approved only a single proposal that met a wide criteria. There are many variables that are considered when approving a proposal, such as (but not limited to): sustainability, return on investment, available resources, feasibility, ability to scale, ability to execute timely, and many more.

On that topic, we want to propose to our holders the ability to execute our first proposal by our biggest holder, mbryanta. If we execute this proposal, it will speed up potential returns to our community wallet, and will give us the ability to begin the legal process on how we can distribute rewards effectively to our holders.

I do not want to make this snapshot vote lengthy, but if you would like to have a read of the proposal by mbryanta, please see the #Proposal-1 channel in our Discord.

Please consider the following statement: our community wallet is the biggest part of our long-term growth, including using these profits to either re-invest into similar and/or other utilities or distribute to holders (when the legals are finished).

Tying this all together, this vote will give you the ability to democratize the way we move forward as a community.

There will be a few options (see below):

1. Execute the FBA Store with the Entire Community Fund
2. Execute the FBA Store with a Portion of the Community Fund
3. Continue to Research Other Proposals that Meet Criteria

If the second option is chosen, a secondary snapshot vote will commence with a variety of difference percentages that the community would like to invest out of the fund.
