Bugatti Group x ATSNFT Commercial IP Royalty Proposal

Through relationships built by our ApeSpaces platform, we have come across a unique intellectual property opportunity for our holders. Please see below:

We have an opportunity to work with Bugatti Group: a leading manufacturer and distributor of branded luggage, hand bags, bags & more since 1940.

Bugatti Group has extensive retail connections, and have a list of partners such as Costco, Walmart, Bestbuy, etc. Entering into Web3, they will be partnering with 20 communities to bring their intellectual property to online retail. Each community must mint 20 NFT's to participate (which will increase next round, example = 40 NFT's to participate).

Through this partnership, we would earn a 7% royalty on all our luggage sales, and be put into one online store (which we have negotiated to be put into two to start).

Their mint is live currently, and they are 71% sold out and have already partnered with 13 communities including Bored Ape Yacht Club.

Each NFT is 0.14 ETH, but allows you to redeem a physical product valued at $150 USD.

This proposal will contain the following:

2.8 ETH commitment from our community wallet dedicated to minting these 20 Bugatti Group NFT's

This will guarantee us a partner spot for our community to grow our brand presence in retail, while earning royalties from sales. These royalties will be fed back into the community wallet minus any applicable taxes/fees.

Each NFT will come with a physical Bugatti Group piece (ranging from cross-bodies to paddle boards). These 20 items will be raffled to holders.

Additionally, we will be given 4-5 heat stamped ATSNFT products to raffle to our holders also.
