Summary

To better maintain the content quality & positive atmosphere on the ATTA platform, ATTA team has drafted the first version of the ATTA Content Reviewing Guidelines - ATTA Basic Principles. Now, we are calling for your Snapshot vote on the guidelines.

Note: You have to claim test ATTA token first to vote on the proposal.

Specification

You are part of a large ATTA family with members from all over the world. Please treat different views, preferences and opinions with tolerance and rationality, respect personal privacy and other legal rights. Together, we can create a community that has a good atmosphere and environment. When uploading videos and posting bullet chats/comments/reviews on the ATTA platform, registered users should abide by local laws and refrain from uploading or posting videos and bullet chats/comments/reviews that contain pornographic or sexually explicit content, and videos that contain reactionary, religious, politically sensitive or other content that violates national laws are also prohibited. The following are the basic rules for content on the ATTA platform.

Pornographic Content If the videos and bullet chats / comments / reviews are sexually suggestive, they will not be accepted by ATTA. Sexually explicit content, such as pornographic depictions, is not allowed. Videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews containing nudity or pornography will be removed or restricted, depending on the severity of the act. It is forbidden to send spam information such as first-party URLs and accounts related to pornographic content, and network disk codes , in the content that can be edited and posted by users, such as bullet chats/comments/reviews. Once found, accounts will be permanently banned from the ATTA platform.
Violent, Harmful or Dangerous Content We define “harmful or dangerous content” as content that intentionally incites violence, encourages others to participate, abets crime, or shows others the danger of causing personal injury or death, or illegal activities. Videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews that contain violence, gore, or other horrific content are prohibited. Please do not encourage others to engage in violent activities. ATTA prohibits the posting of videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews that incite others to commit acts of violence. Your videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews will not pass through the review if they incite others to commit acts of violence or threaten others with serious acts of violence. If videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews contain content that encourages dangerous or illegal activities, including instructions for making bombs or other dangerous items: using prohibited items such as bombs or other actions that could cause serious harm, we consider such videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews to be harmful. They will not pass the review and will be removed from the platform. Special Note: Self-harm. ATTA prohibits the advocacy of self-harm or suicidal behavior. We prohibit content that promotes/encourages suicide, or any other type of self-harm, including self-inflicted injuries and eating disorders, except that plastic surgery. We will also remove content that seriously or sarcastically displays and slams self-harm or suicide victims or survivors.
Personal Privacy Suspected stalking, threats, harassment, coercion, violation of user privacy, disclosure of user personal information, etc., as well as violations of the above and other rules will be addressed in a serious manner. For users with severe circumstances, we will permanently ban them from the site.
Maliciously Impersonating Others Do not maliciously imitate specific users of this site through your own account information (nickname, avatar, etc.) and interact with others disguised as the object of imitation. Also, disguising as an account involving an official business is likewise not allowed and can easily cause a certain amount of misinformation to other users. Special warning: Fraud, scams, etc. Some users deceive others to seek financial benefits. We will remove such content that intentionally misleads users, and in some cases may issue warnings to the uploader. We have a zero-tolerance policy for extortion and/or blackmail.
Personal Attacks ATTA hopes to create and maintain a healthy, positive and interactive community atmosphere for all users. All users are encouraged to express their personal opinions and views in videos, bullet chats, comments and reviews. However, such content should not include personal attacks on specific individuals or group of people, such as race, religious beliefs, gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, etc. It is prohibited to incite confrontation or hatred through the above content. Please do not use inappropriate language, abuse, harassment or other unkind behavior toward any person or group, including but not limited to: insulting or abusing others; fabricating, spreading false information, slandering others; coercing others to obey or comply by threatening words. User accounts that threaten others will receive a full citation after verification, and accounts with serious circumstances will be blocked.
Spam Content Please do not maliciously post repetitive, meaningless, or offensive content using the bullet chats, comments and reviews feature. Please do not upload misleading titles, blurbs, tags or thumbnails that are not related to the content of the video just to improve your data related to the video/reviews/comments, these will be considered “spam” and the content posted will be restricted or removed from the site. We define “spam” as content that is posted in large quantities, repeatedly uploaded, or with no specific purpose; reviews/comments with the sole purpose of collecting personal information about other users, misleading the users away from ATTA, or committing fraudulent acts; and the posting of a large number of identical, irrelevant, or repetitive reviews/comments.
Plagiarism ATTA respects the intellectual property rights of all users and encourages users to post original videos/bullet chats/comments/reviews, but should not copy or replicate content already posted by others across platforms. If the content posted by users infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, ATTA will take down and delete the infringing content after users’ report and ATTA’s verification. ATTA hopes to build a friendly video streaming platform, and also advocates for everyone to speak positively and civilly to create a good community atmosphere together.
