Atti allocation for community rewards

A proposal to allocate 500 out of the 7431 Atti from the AtticcDAO treasury (atti.eth) to reward community engagement and contribution.

Allocation:

• 100 for active Discord engagement
• 100 for active Twitter engagement
• 300 for participating in and winning from ongoing events and contests

Benefits to AtticcDAO and Atti holders:

1. Active community members deserve to be rewarded.
2. Saves marketing budget for ongoing events, marketing activities and partnerships.
3. Attracts new community members and Atti holders.
4. Aligns the incentives of new community members since each Atti has a token allocation to be vested over a 1 year period.
5. More active community members and more new community members will attract more attention to the project, thus benefiting existing holders.
6. Existing holders will have another opportunity to earn Atti rewards and a larger share of ATT token allocation.
7. A chance for the hidden cool art in the treasury to be revealed.
