Reopening Membership Applications

Summary and Motivation

The membership committee got together to discuss ways to use the 50 NFT surplus we have from the Zilker round. Our SXSW event will be an important catalyst that will drive a lot of attention to our organization. In order to capture the momentum, we propose to re-open applications to issue out the remaining NFTs in order to increase our membership and raise additional funds for the DAO. The mint details are the following:

• Membership applications will open on March 16th, 2022.
• Membership applications will close on April 1st, 2022.
• The review phase will last 4-weeks ending on April 30th, 2022. After this period, we'll announce the new cohort of members.
• The mint price will be increased from .63 ETH to .78704 (Zilker's zip code) in order to reflect the increased value of the organization compared to earlier this year.

As proposed by BenjaminBread, not all NFT will have to be minted during this round in order to ensure we are only accepting high-caliber individuals and contributors.
