Legal Support & Monthly Member Meeting Allowance

We will need to release $5k from the Treasury to secure a retainer for legal representation. We have finally identified an attorney familiar with Texas business entity structure formation who is willing to work with us as a DAO. As we continue to grow, strong legal support is critical to protecting our organization.

We will also allow up to $200/month to reimburse drinks and food for monthly member meetings. Eligible reimbursements should follow the Financial Policies guidelines.
