Committee Reorganization

ATX DAO has grown to almost 700 community members in only a few months. Through this phase of rapid growth we have noticed the growing need for distinct committees. This proposal’s goal is to allow the DAO to run more efficiently and compliantly.

Proposed Committees and Heads

Treasury - Responsibilities:

Record all transactions on and off chain. Create budget estimates. Serve as the registered agent for legal incorporation. Tax estimation and payment. Research and recommend on treasury management and diversification. Recommend treasury tooling.

Committee Heads: Joseph Fluckier (Joseph F)

Legal - Responsibilities:

Help the DAO stay legally compliant. Research and recommend local and national legal frameworks Handle any legal contracts.

Committee Heads: Shane Boasberg (dankorn)

As the new cohort onboards and the membership of the DAO grows larger so does that of the needs of the membership committee. This proposal nominates Ruwan Perera (Ruwan) and Jon Libby (jonLibby_SST) as membership committee co-leads in addition to Roberto Talamas (RobertoT). They will help assist in ambassadorship, organizing people into different committees; and strategic initiatives, organizing members to take on different projects set by committees. Focusing on-building out these initiatives for being apart of the DAO and utility for the NFT will help us grow as a community and be more affective.
